The European leader in car price valuations launches autobizOffice, the suite dedicated to car trade-ins and resales!

The arrival of new players (AramisAuto, Autohero, Cazoo, etc.) and the health crisis prove that used vehicles are more central than ever to the motor trade. Through discussions with its 4,500 customers, autobiz has looked at how distributors can better structure and industrialise their used vehicle business.

autobizOffice – a suite of interconnected SaaS tools designed to optimise every stage of the UC business (appraisal, valuation, stocks, pricing, etc.) – was born out of the industry’s feedback.

autobizOffice: the first suite of SaaS tools created by car professionals for car professionals

Since the start of the year, three pure players in the European used car buying and selling market (Aramisauto, Auto1/Autohero and Cazoo) have made high-profile flotations, with valuations ranging from €2 billion to €6 billion. These listings followed a year in which the used car market proved much more resilient to the crisis than its new car counterpart (-3.5% for used cars in France in 2020 compared with -25.5% for new cars). These two figures highlight the central role now played by used vehicles in the automotive industry.

autobiz, a player in automotive technology since 2004, had already launched the emblematic autobizMarket in 2007, a car valuation tool now used by over 4,500 sales outlets in Europe (including 1,500 in France). In 2017, at the same time as it launched EasyReprise, its own network of used-vehicle trade-in agencies (now the second-largest player in the market), autobiz came up with autobizCarcheck, a digital used-vehicle appraisal tool. In 2020, the same tool will give rise to autobizClic2Sell, enabling professionals to have their private customers carry out appraisals directly.

Based on daily exchanges with its customers as well as its business expertise, the European leader in valuations is now launching autobizOffice. This comprehensive suite, from trade-in to resale, aims to optimise the used car business’ profitability at every stage. It provides distributors with structuring and industrialisation technologies comparable to those of the best pure players on the market.

What does the autobizOffice suite contain?

The idea behind this new SaaS offering is to rethink all our tools as a suite of à la carte products and services. We have designed a tool that can be integrated into any DMS, CRM, or other management tool. Having been in the car tech market since 2004, we’ve seen the practices of used car trade-in and resale professionals evolve. At the heart of this sector, we know their expectations and needs in terms of digitisation better than any other publisher. It was our duty to respond!

explains Christophe Louvard, autobiz founder.

With autobizOffice, professional users now have a range of interconnected tools at their disposal:

  • autobizMarket: pricing and analysis of the used vehicle market
  • autobizCarcheck: structuring and digitalising used vehicle appraisals
  • autobizClic2Sell: simplified used-vehicle appraisal, available to private individuals, for remote trade-in by professionals
  • autobiziFrame: generation of new or used-vehicle buyer leads
  • autobizMyStock: marketing of digital used-vehicle ads
  • autobizTrade: B2B used-vehicle sales platform
