Nissan and autobiz have signed an unprecedented partnership at European scale
Signed on a perimeter of 6 European countries, this agreement aims to use autobiz big data on behalf of Nissan Europe. This global project will enable unified decision making, from the European head office through Nissan’s national subsidiaries and up to nearly 1,000 of the brand’s points of sale.
Nissan and autobiz have signed a global strategic partnership. The aim of the project is to optimise the management of residual values and inventories in order to increase the profitability of the brand and its dealerships as part of the deployment of the new Nissan Used Vehicles label.
The big data of autobiz for the Nissan network
This monitoring involves setting up common indicators for the network of countries concerned. This statistical data includes details of each car in stock, sales, turnover and market values at the level of the network and each brand’s point of sale.
In addition, the autobizMarket tool has been rolled out to the national subsidiaries to enable the network’s vehicle managers to manage the network’s pricing and stock policies. This partnership will initially be extended to Germany, the United Kingdom, France, Italy, Spain and Portugal. In total, data from nearly 1,000 points of sale will be available for analysis in these 6 countries.
A partnership based on trust
For Jean Philippe Roux, Divisional Sales General Manager Nissan Automotive Europe
As part of the roll-out of our new used vehicle label, Nissan Intelligent Choice, it was essential to implement flexible and digital tools to manage our used vehicle performance and support our dealers in optimising their performance. The partnership developed with autobiz is of high quality and we are happy to pilot a change management process with their collaboration.
We are honoured by this mark of confidence from Nissan Europe. This partnership is the culmination of the outstanding work that our project and data teams have done together with their Nissan counterparts. It reinforces our belief that data-driven management continues to set the standard for the opportunities strategy of Europe’s leading remarketing players.
adds Emmanuel Labi, CEO of autobiz.
