Capitole Finance relies on autobiz technologies to digitalise its trade-in activities
Capitole Finance, a fully owned subsidiary of the Caisse d’Epargne de Midi-Pyrénées backed by BPCE, has chosen autobiz, Europe’s leading car-listing company, to help it roll out its trade-in solutions.
Capitole Finance has been specialising in rental finance for 50 years, helping private individuals and professionals to realise their investment plans. For over 20 years, the company has had a long-established sales outlet in Labège (Haute-Garonne), as well as a website offering leased vehicles: LIZauto.fr.
autobiz has been chosen to support Capitole Finance in the deployment of its trade-in solutions, including:
- online activity, with the trade-in module implemented on the LIZauto.fr website, autobiziFrame, and the remote vehicle appraisal module, autobizClic2Sell.
- offline activity, with point-of-sale trade-ins facilitated by the autobizCarcheck appraisal tool, available to professionals.
Finally, the automotive rating specialist will provide Capitole Finance with performance data monitoring and visualisation tools. This data is necessary for the continuous improvement of both virtual and physical trade-in processes.
The trade-in is an essential stage in the provision of a new vehicle. Our customers are looking for a fully digital process that is simple, clear, and fast. We needed a solution that could complement our customer experience, which already offers a seamless path from valuation to contract signature. The autobiz solution enabled us to offer customers a macro-assessment of the property in complete autonomy, as well as, following a self-assessment via the valuation portal, a firm offer to buy. Our teams have also been trained to professionalise vehicle valuations. The autobiz teams were particularly effective in deploying the digital solutions and in training and supporting the Capitole Finance teams.
