With a 92/100 score on the Gender Equality Index, the autobiz Group continues to demonstrate strong performance in advancing gender equality across both tech and automotive sectors!

With a score of 92/100 on the Gender Equality Index, autobiz reaffirms its ongoing dedication to fostering pay equity and an inclusive workplace environment.

Based on four core indicators, the Gender Equality Index serves as a European standard for measuring gender equality in the workplace. It identifies wage gaps and highlights opportunities for companies to strengthen fairness and inclusion.
