Mitsubishi selects autobiz to digitalise its trade-in journeys

Mitsubishi has entrusted autobiz with the creation of its online trade-in valuation service. While the Japanese brand relaunches its iconic models, such as the ASK and the Outlander, the automaker is expanding its range of online services. Customers can now enjoy a 100% digitalised trade-in journey with complete confidence.

The choice of "reliability" and "simplicity" for the user

Mitsubishi’s teams aimed to offer their customers a 100% digitalised trade-in journey that is both simple and reliable. These objectives were successfully met by autobiz, a 20-year expert in automotive data and valuation.

Launched in June, the project was deployed in less than four months, with the tool becoming accessible by September 2024.

This trade-in platform completes the range of digital features already available on the brand’s website. It aligns with the strategic plan announced a few months ago by Pierre Guignot, President of Mitsubishi Motors France, whose number 1 priority is to “re-engage the dealer network in delivering services to its customers.”

« This new trade-in platform represents a real opportunity for our brand. On the one hand, we now offer customers with the full range of online services they expect. On the other hand, the digitalised trade-in process aligns with our profitability goals. This service will subsequently play a key role in the launch of our flagship Outlander model. »

Valérie Rzasnicki Audouin, Marketing Director of Mitsubishi Motors France.

autobiz's know-how makes the difference once again

Mitsubishi is the 6th automaker to entrust autobiz with its online trade-in service. Thanks to its expertise in data, used vehicle valuations, and real-time market analysis, autobiz has once again proven to be the best choice in which to meet the expectations of the Japanese manufacturer.

In addition to its “Data” and “Remarketing” divisions, autobiz’s “Digital” activity is also experiencing significant growth. The company is responding to strong demand from automakers and dealers seeking to further digitalise their trade-in processes, and to deliver an optimised customer experience that increasingly focuses on immediacy and simplicity.

« This is the first time that we have worked together with Mitsubishi. We are honoured by their trust and the role they have given us in their ambitious plan to conquer the French market. Added to our five other automotive clients active in France, this new contract highlights the expertise of our product and development teams in creating online journeys that are simple, reliable, and easy to implement.

I also want to take this opportunity to commend the experience and work of our Digital and Customer Success teams, who turn the many leads generated into a highly significant source of new vehicle acquisitions and customer loyalty, »

Emmanuel Labi, President of autobiz.
