Questi dati sono proprietari, di alta qualit\u00e0 e gratuiti. Ciononostante, rimangono ampiamente sottoutilizzati: dimenticati o utilizzati per piani di contatto generici e raramente personalizzati.  \n\nIl risultato: una grande percentuale di contatti rimane inattiva nei CRM. Non viene n\u00e9 coinvolta nuovamente n\u00e9 guidata in un nuovo percorso di acquisto che corrisponda alle reali aspettative del pubblico di riferimento. Tuttavia, gran parte di essi non sono pi\u00f9 utilizzati per scopi commerciali. <\/p><p>Diventano contatti dormienti: presenti negli strumenti, ma assenti dai processi aziendali pi\u00f9 aggiornati. Tuttavia, gran parte di questi contatti non viene pi\u00f9 utilizzata attivamente per scopi di vendita. <\/p><p>Questo cambia profondamente il modo di pensare del cliente: non ragionano pi\u00f9 in termini di prezzo di catalogo, ma piuttosto in termini di che cosa pagheranno. Non pensano all'&#8221;acquisto&#8221;, ma alla &#8220;transizione&#8221; e al valore del loro veicolo attuale. <\/p><p>\u00c8 qui che la permuta diventa strategica, non come strumento di negoziazione, ma come leva per le proiezioni future.
