Tuttavia, hanno un costo: in media, una perizia richiede circa 30 minuti per ogni auto. Improvvisamente, invece di gestire un flusso regolare, i team di remarketing si trovano ad affrontare centinaia di auto al giorno. In circostanze normali, per quanto riguarda il processo standard, tre operatori sono sufficienti per gestire i volumi giornalieri, ma l&#8217;aumento dei volumi genera problemi operativi.  <\/p><p>L\u2019impatto \u00e8 immediato:<\/p><ul><li><b>Si formano code<\/b>: i veicoli attendono giorni prima della perizia.<\/li><li><b>Si moltiplicano i colli di bottiglia<\/b>: ogni fase di convalida ritarda quella successiva.<\/li><li><b>Il remarketing rallenta<\/b>: le auto rimangono ferme, deprezzandosi.<\/li><\/ul><p>In un settore in cui il tempo equivale letteralmente al denaro, questi ritardi incidono significativamente sui margini. <br>\n  <br>Con il nuovo processo, tuttavia, vediamo che anche nei periodi di picco gli obiettivi vengono pi\u00f9 che raggiunti. Ogni giorno che un'auto rimane in magazzino comporta un deprezzamento accelerato e costi di stoccaggio pi\u00f9 elevati. Quando grandi volumi di veicoli arrivano sul mercato contemporaneamente, i team di remarketing devono affrontare colli di bottiglia e le auto rimangono pi\u00f9 a lungo in attesa di essere rivendute.  \n\nPer gli operatori delle flotte e i locatori, ci\u00f2 si traduce in una riduzione dei margini, poich\u00e9 i veicoli perdono valore prima ancora di raggiungere gli acquirenti. Per i team di remarketing, ci\u00f2 significa gestire arretrati di asset in deprezzamento invece di gestire flussi di lavoro efficienti e prevedibili.
