Sin embargo, tienen un coste: de media, una tasaci\u00f3n lleva unos <b>30 minutos por veh\u00edculo<\/b>. De repente, en lugar de gestionar un flujo constante, los equipos de remarketing se enfrentan a cientos de coches al d\u00eda. En circunstancias normales, con el proceso est\u00e1ndar, tres operarios son suficientes para cubrir los vol\u00famenes diarios, pero el aumento de unidades genera problemas operativos.  <\/p><p>El impacto es inmediato:<\/p><ul><li><b>Se forman colas<\/b>: los veh\u00edculos esperan d\u00edas antes de ser tasados.<\/li><li><b>Los cuellos de botella<\/b> se multiplican: cada validaci\u00f3n retrasa la siguiente.<\/li><li><b>El remarketing se ralentiza<\/b>: los coches permanecen parados, depreci\u00e1ndose en valor.<\/li><\/ul><p>En un sector donde el tiempo equivale literalmente a dinero, estos retrasos pesan enormemente en los m\u00e1rgenes. <br>Con el nuevo proceso, sin embargo, vemos que incluso en los periodos de mayor actividad se cumplen sobradamente los objetivos. Cuando grandes vol\u00famenes de veh\u00edculos llegan al mercado de golpe, los equipos de remarketing se enfrentan a cuellos de botella y los coches tardan m\u00e1s en revenderse.  \n\nPara los operadores de flotas y arrendadores, esto se traduce en m\u00e1rgenes cada vez m\u00e1s reducidos, ya que los veh\u00edculos pierden valor antes incluso de llegar a los compradores. Para los equipos de remarketing, supone gestionar un inventario de activos en depreciaci\u00f3n en lugar de flujos de trabajo eficientes y predecibles.
