El \u00faltimo estudio, realizado por Google e Ipsos, define tres fases en el proceso de renovaci\u00f3n, que suele durar algo menos de tres meses.<\/p>\n<p>La primera fase es cuando el cliente decide que quiere cambiar de veh\u00edculo. Hasta que toma esta decisi\u00f3n, resulta casi imposible entablar una conversaci\u00f3n comercial con \u00e9l. En la segunda fase, el cliente eval\u00faa su presupuesto seleccionando el nuevo veh\u00edculo que desea comprar y calculando el valor actual de su veh\u00edculo, que utilizar\u00e1 como parte de pago. Una vez que tiene definido su presupuesto y su lista corta de veh\u00edculos, pasa a la tercera y \u00faltima fase: la b\u00fasqueda activa de su nuevo veh\u00edculo. En este contexto, la puesta en marcha de una web de captaci\u00f3n de leads mediante ofertas de recompra se ha demostrado eficaz para al menos la mitad de las 8 principales marcas europeas con las que trabajamos.<\/p>\n<p>Un dato clave en el c\u00e1lculo de presupuesto es el valor de recompra, que sigue siendo uno de los \u00faltimos canales donde los clientes aceptan de forma masiva compartir sus datos personales (correo electr\u00f3nico, tel\u00e9fono). Esto convierte este canal en la primera o segunda fuente en volumen de leads generados por web.<\/p>\n<p>Los clientes no se enga\u00f1an: cuando el proceso est\u00e1 integrado en la plataforma de la marca y pueden indicar sus necesidades para el nuevo veh\u00edculo, son plenamente conscientes de que ser\u00e1n contactados para una posible operaci\u00f3n de cambio. Es m\u00e1s, si la red comercial hace bien su trabajo, las tasas de conversi\u00f3n de estos leads superan el 10\u202f% entre nuestros mejores clientes, situ\u00e1ndose con diferencia como la fuente
