Missions :

We're hiring a bilingual professional (Portuguese & Spanish) based in Valencia to bridge customer support and digital marketing across the Iberian market. This is a hybrid role for someone who's equally comfortable solving customer problems and driving demand.

What you'll do:

On the customer side, you'll support Portuguese-speaking clients end to end, answering product questions, troubleshooting, and following up proactively, and turn those interactions into insights that improve lead qualification and targeting.

On the marketing side, you'll help planning and executing digital campaigns, run A/B tests to optimize conversion, and keep CRM data clean for accurate segmentation.

Profile :

• High-level Portuguese and Spanish
