These listings followed a year in which the used car market proved much more resilient to the crisis than its new car counterpart (-3.5% for used cars in France in 2020 compared with -25.5% for new cars). These two figures highlight the central role now played by used vehicles in the automotive industry.<\/p><p>autobiz, a player in automotive technology since 2004, had already launched the emblematic autobizMarket in 2007, a car valuation tool now used by over 4,500 sales outlets in Europe (including 1,500 in France). In 2017, at the same time as it launched EasyReprise, its own network of used-vehicle trade-in agencies (now the second-largest player in the market), autobiz came up with autobizCarcheck, a digital used-vehicle appraisal tool.
