Technical Marketing Specialist (junior)

As part of its current expansion, autobiz is recruiting a Technical Marketing Specialist.
autobiz is seeking ambitious candidates who want to be part of a rapidly expanding company in the digital and big data sector.
The Technical Marketing Specialist will join the Acquisition and Conversion team (Performance Team) in charge of online and offline sales growth.

Its know-how in big-data analysis has led it to develop a range of solutions to assist professionals worldwide in used-car sales, rental and insurance. The company is also a pioneer in the car-buying business through its site autobiz.fr, which is also available in Spain and Italy.

Based in Courbevoie (Paris La Defence business district), autobiz also has offices in Berlin, Valencia, and Milan. As a member of the BPI Excellence network, the company invests 15% of its annual revenue into R&D. In particular, the company works with a statistics and modeling research center at the Sorbonne to develop forecasting programs related to automotive transactions.

In early 2017, the PSA Group decided to invest in autobiz as a minority shareholder. This strategic decision made autobiz a key partner in PSA’s ambitious “Push-to-pass” roadmap, whose objectives include doubling its worldwide used-car sales by 2020. autobiz is fully engaged in the success of this objective.

Position and responsibilities:

As Technical Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for supporting the marketing team with all its technical needs (scripting, tracking, testing, bidding and reporting automation,… ). You will be an interface between the Marketing team and the Product and IT teams for cross-functional projects.

Your main responsibilities:

● Assist the Marketing team with all its technical requirements, particularly process automation
● Proactively implement and maintain ad hoc technical solutions creating a seamless workflow between all tools and data sources used by the team: our internal database, AdWords and other marketing platforms, Web APIs, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Google Data Studio, Google Optimize, BigQuery, Google Cloud Storage, …
● Provide technical support for funnel optimisation tasks to the marketing and the product teams
● Identify and monitor the newest technologies and best practices in order to improve autobiz marketing operations

Background:

A bachelor or a master degree in computer science, with strong Javascript and HTML coding skills.
Keen interest in digital marketing and motivation to working as a fully engaged team player in a rapidly expanding company.
A taste for challenges and problem solving.
No previous marketing experience is required – you will be coached on marketing specificities.
