This partnership is part of smart Europe´s omnichannel distribution strategy built upon a seamless integration between a superior online purchase journey and a best-in-class physical shopping experience at the newly formed agent network

smart Europe is launching its all-new line-up of purely electric models and expanding into additional segments over the forthcoming years. These new models are combined with the introduction of a fully integrated on- and offline customer journey which is supported by a renewed network of agents across Europe established within carefully selected partners.

 

New agent model supported by enhanced trade-in & remarketing process capabilities

 

As part of the implementation of its new retail model – implementing a genuine agent model in its core markets - smart Europe will support its network with trade-in and remarketing processes using comprehensive solutions supplied by autobiz. In smart’s core European countries future genuine agents will furthermore benefit from on-site binding trade-in offers.

 

As said, this service will be based on the autobizOffice suite empowering smart Europe´s agents to use the autobizCarcheck app to inspect vehicles and then request a guaranteed price that will be used, i.e., in the autobizAI solution for body damage repair recognition and the autobizMarket tool for market price and trade-in calculations. In addition to the guaranteed price option, the B2B-resale of vehicles will be processed through the autobizTrade B2B sales platform.

On top of the offline services, autobiz and smart Europe have recently entered into an agreement that smart Europe´s customer-facing websites will be enabled to provide an online valuation for trade-in vehicles.
